Under the inspiration of Aurélien Trousse, our Pastry Chef, chocolate rises to the level of a sensory experience.
Each bean becomes a promise, each bar a story unfolding on the palate.
From the unique terroirs of La Chocolaterie de l’Opéra in Châteaurenard, three creations are born, like so many intimate journeys:
- Gayas 64% (Ecuador) – The sweetness of a velvety breath, where accents of honey and fine spices slip in, tenderly caressing the senses.
- Mekonga 70% (Vietnam) – The surge of a fiery intensity, with roasted notes blossoming into a deep cacao vibration.
- Jamaya 73% (Jamaica) – The promise of a rarer voluptuousness, woven with vanilla, noble wood, and the warmth of pecans.
